Small Animal Keynote Lecture: Defining Success in Veterinary Surgery
Agenda
Are you a SUCCESS story in veterinary surgery? Yes! Is it possible to be even more successful? How are we doing compared to our peers? Are we the sole determinant of our success, or do we need help from others? A surgeon has many duties and achievements long before picking up a scalpel. This keynote lecture discusses attaining success, failure that can lead to success, and some challenges we meet to reach goals. We can continue to be even more successful in our specialty for self-satisfaction, for the well-being of animals, and for animal owners’ happiness.
